This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer of InfiMines ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of the InfiMines mobile application (the "App").

1. Grant of License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including exploiting bugs or using automated scripts for unfair leaderboard advantages.

3. Web3 & Digital Assets Disclaimer

InfiMines interacts with the Solana blockchain ecosystem. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any digital assets (such as NFTs or tokens) distributed as rewards or airdrops are for entertainment purposes only and have no guaranteed intrinsic monetary value.
• We are not responsible for any loss of funds, digital assets, or access to your Web3 wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, seed phrases, and private keys.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the InfiMines developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
